Peak data, grades, distances, and route descriptions are provided for general reference only. Conditions in the Tasmanian wilderness can change rapidly. Always consult current Parks Tasmania information, carry appropriate equipment, and exercise your own judgement before attempting any summit. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of information in this app.
You retain ownership of content you submit (summit logs, photos, notes). By submitting content, you grant us a licence to display it within the app. We may remove content that violates these terms.
Some features require a premium subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Notify us immediately at support@isleworks.com.au if you suspect unauthorised access.
We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
To the extent permitted by Australian law, IsleWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia.
